　　　　　　　神戸のル・コルドンブルーで料理、製菓、製パンを学び、ミシュラン星獲得店の大阪心斎橋「味吉兆」の料理長、清水義隆氏に師事を仰ぎ、調理師、日本食プロデュサー、食育指導士、アスリートフードマイスターとしてご活躍中です。

She studies cooking,confectionery,and bread baking at Le Cordon Blue Kobe.

And she studies under Mr.Yoshitaka Shimizu,the chef de cuisine of Michelin star awarded restaurant 「Ajikitcho」located in shinsaibashi,Osaka.
