■Exterior wall construction

[Construction hours] 9:30AM - 5:00PM (tentative)
*Closed on Sundays, national holidays, and August 10 to 15 for Obon holidays.
*Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor during 11:00AM-3:00PM on weekdays.
[Construction Details] Exterior wall repair work, painting, balcony waterproofing, and cleaning work. Assembly and dismantling of exterior scaffolding.

*Please keep curtains and windows closed during construction as workers will be passing outside your windows.　　　　
*The entire building will be covered with a mesh sheet, so you will not be able to see the view from your room.

■Maintenance work inside the building
[Period] August 1, 2024 (Thu) - December 25, 2024 (Wed)
[Construction hours] 8:30AM - 6:00PM *Closed on Sundays

*Work may be conducted on closed days due to the progress of the construction work.
*Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor during the hours of 11:00AM - 3:00PM.
