The number of affiliate stores at Hakodate Morning Market has been increased to 18 and with this the number of dishes guests can choose from has risen to more than 65—there is even more to get excited about at breakfast time!

We are pleased to be able to offer our guests new, improved breakfast choices that provide them with seasonal tastes only found in Hakodate, at affiliate stores at the city’s long-established Hakodate Morning Market. As well as squid—a Hakodate delicacy—guests can enjoy their choice of rice bowls covered in a wide range of fresh seafoods such as sea urchin, salted salmon roe, shrimp, crab, scallops, or tuna (some stores allow the choice of three or four toppings); sashimi; grilled fish set meals; or other delicious dishes.
Breakfast tickets can alternatively be used at certain affiliate stores, within their opening hours, for other meals.
Present your breakfast ticket at the affiliate store when ordering.

A large communal bath with open-air baths "Akari no Yu"
A large communal bath is located on the top floor of the 18-storied building, equipped with gender-separated open-air baths. The open-air baths offer stunning night views overlooking Hakodate and Hakodate Bay. The baths here are made up of sodium chloride salt spring water. These moisturizing, gentle waters keep guests warm and are effective at increasing circulation and alleviating neuralgia and fatigue. Sit back and relax in a high-quality natural hot spring. * Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are all available. * Dryers, face soap, cotton swaps, scales, and other amenities are available. * Guests are free to come to the baths while wearing room wear.

Lounge after bathing "Akari"
This hot spring lounge on the 17th floor offers a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate. Only hotel guests may use this lounge. The hours are 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Water is free for guests to take.
Lounge "Kagayaki"
This lounge can only be used at certain times. We offer special ice cream and drinks. Enjoy breathtaking scenery and an elegant atmosphere. Guests can choose from a variety of alcoholic beverages, including local beer, and ice creams of the Hokkaido brand.
