The Housekeeping Services for consecutive stays other than Tokyu Stay Mercure Osaka Namba has changed.
*Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin has changed from Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
*Tokyu Stay Ginza and Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier are scheduled to change on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

We kindly ask all guests staying 2 nights or more to select the type of housekeeping services.
Limited Housekeeping and place the sign outside of your door by 11a.m.
No sign on the outside of your door, No Housekeeping.
We do not bother you and value your privacy.

If you wish to have your room cleaned separately, please ask at the front desk.
